 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

It's a damn shame that the cut of football uniforms these days and the truncation of shoulder sleeves kinda takes a little away from that throwback but overall, I agree with that YES YES YES YES

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

Quick question: How did we never discuss these unis that have been out since April?

If they do what they didn't in that reveal and they use the white helmet with the white uniforms, I literally cannot find a complaint.

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

Really not a fan of the multiple helmet trend in college football, but those USU unis look good.Comment

Yeah, USU's look good. Apparently matte is the latest big thing in football uniform design.Steelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

I feel like if Utah State is going to use the stripes on the pants, they need to incorporate them somewhere else. I think they could go with the triple stripe look on the helmet, jersey, and pants and pull it off nicely.Chicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment

Ever since I was little, I always loved the way the Steelers' helmets sometimes look matte. So when teams started doing it, I liked it, but now it's just getting to be too much.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

It's the trend in general, not just relegated to football. I can't tell you how many cars I've seen out here in L.A. with matte paint jobs (sometimes just a matte vinyl wrap job) or matte rims.

Matte black body on matte black or glossy black rims is just as big as these helmets out here.Comment

I like the matte trend honestly. It looks good in most cases. I'd rather have every team go matte than BFBS.Chicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

The Saskatchewan Roughriders all white look tonight was pretty awesome though it's weird to see the Green Riders with white helmets. Okay, I didn't notice the S logo on the bottom of the shirt there so it loses points a little for that but still overall, pretty nice.
