Along with that new 3rd jersey, the pants will have piping down the sides without piping on the belt loops, like what was on the 1940s Cardinals or the Braves today. These are worn on Saturday home games.

Also, the front uniform numbers are 1/2 inch smaller, the birds now have white eyes with black pupils, the same as the primary logo. The old jerseys just had a yellow dot for an eye. The birds are also slightly larger, as well as higher on the uniform. They have been sinking little by little over the years.

The new primary road uniform is the same except the red hats and red belts. They will keep the blue hats and blue belts as alternates, but there is no solid idea as to how they will be incorporated. The Sunday caps stay the same.

Here's how the BotB changed. Now I don't need to worry about the Show trying to get the logo correct. The team fixed it in real life.

First is old, second is new.

Eh, some teams wouldn't look good in cream but I agree that alternate is LOVELY. I hope they wear it often next season.

Yeah, I'll pass on a Mets, Jays, ChiSox or Mariners cream alternate. Honestly, you need red/orange and no/minimal blue (Probably needs to be navy as well) for it to not look wrong.

Yeah, I don't think the Pirates would look to good in cream.

I think the Mets' cream jersey looks really nice personally.

If anything those look off-white rather than cream in that image. Actually, they bare look any darker than the post background on OS default skin.
