            I would like the one on the left if they had a normal helmet. Didn't they change the rule about the numbers not being the same as the jersey (save for the outline) though, or did I totally dream that up? Otherwise isn't that left jersey violating the rules?

                    They did. That is why I'm slightly confused by it as well. Unless the numbers are green and my eyes are being terrible, it should be illegal.

                        Yeah, numbers look black to me too. Perhaps the unis were designed before the rule was announced and they just didn't modify it to comply with the rules before releasing it.

                            They'll probably go with the darkest shade of green they can get away with, probably a hunter green.

                                        I think that would be a bit much. I think 2 would be fine, especially since some teams wear older uniforms at times that did have different helmets.

                                        However, why is multiple helmets a problem exactly? Are you not going to know who the team is otherwise?

                                                Leave it to Wake Forest to put Ebenezer Scrooge on a helmet, because when people realize that Wake Forest is on TV, they all say "Bah, humbug".
