I've always thought the LT era uniforms with the current (ny) helmet were perfect for the Giants.

Those pants are even better though. I don't think there's any hard and fast NFL rule about pants like there is jerseys, so hopefully the Giants ditch the alternate plans and just wear them full-time.

Which reminds me, they also need to add some blue to those away unis.

The only thing I hate more than Tequila sunrise uniforms: "T-Shirt" jerseys, or jerseys without buttons. And usually those two are combined.


If you're older than 10, there's no excuse for having a T-shirt jersey as a part of your uniform. That's worse than little league.

Umbro's at the top of it's game when it comes to soccer kits. From one of my favorite blogs,

I do like umbro. I have to say though, my favorite soccer kits have been by Nike as of late.

I like current Nike kits (except Barcelona's which I absolutely hate) but the previous seasons' model have been hit or miss to me, depending on the team.

I find some Umbro kits very good and others very bad, for instance Sweden's and Atletico Mineiro's (the one shown a page before) home kits are really nice but I haven't liked one of our own kits (Nacional's) for a while. I don't know why but this is one of my favourite Umbro kit from my team:

I get the idea behind hats like this, but they look terrible on teams who's colors aren't blue or red. That being said, I really like the Braves one.

I get the idea behind hats like this, but they look terrible on teams who's colors aren't blue or red. That being said, I really like the Braves one.

I would like them a bit better if the black bills were the same color blue as the logo.

That being said, I'd buy one if Milwaukee's were a throwback logo. I hate that M they use normally.

Pretty sure that's a navy blue bill. Why would they have black on the 4th of July hats?

Uhhh, what the hell is that chrome one doing there? It actually makes some sense with Oregon and Rutgers. It's just completely out of place here, and it looks like a shiny peppermint. Stick with the regular one IU. The white/red one with the IU on it might be acceptable too. But we'll see. The plain I just kind of sucks compared to their normal logo.

And what is the significance of the one that has what appears to be a torch surrounded by stars? Does the striped one have some significance and is there some dark lettering on the side or is that just a reflection?
