Introduction

Good day!

I just want to quickly introduce myself to the community. My name is Kevin McGuire and I am the national sports video game writer for Examiner so I find myself checking out what a number of sites are saying and reporting in order to make sure I'm not stepping on anyone else's toes so I can provide my own unique angle on some topics. Needless to say I suppose, Operation Sports has been one of the sites I have been visiting on a frequent occasion since taking on the role of sports video game writer.

I have a deep passion for sports video games, especially the NCAA Football franchise because I am also the National College Football writer on the site, and host of my own college football podcast and Internet radio show. Like many of you I have been playing video games for a long time now and I always seem to have a sports game fix to let loose, especially when football season gets near.

I'm not sure how many posts I'll have on here but I will try to make it a point to check in from time to time, perhaps on a weekly basis. Don't worry, I won't be spamming the site with my own articles, but I do hope you will find me worth following on Twitter (@VGExaminer) moving forward.

Quite honestly Kevin - you don't need to check other sites. You've come to the right place for sports video games.
