Can't say for sure, but I have an idea what that was all about. Just did some digging on the Post Gazette's website and found an article that was posted yesterday regarding proposed new strip club legislation. Considering what the person in the video was doing, might have been some sort of reaction to that.

Where the he'll were the cops? Here in Charlotte you can't go anywhere downtown without a cop being right there...seems in Pittsburgh they either aren't anywhere around or just didn't care.

Too bad YouTube wasn't around in the mid 90's when I went to school down there. We had the guy in a sombrero asking for change. The old guy that hated abortion. "Stop the murder.....OF LITTLE BABIES!" And my personal favorite, the old black guy with a fishing pole who called everyone within earshot the n-word. Including me. Good times man. Good times.

You that's the funny part about it she was on Smithfield St . On that street it becomes a bus way only the cars have to turn before getting down too far. If you don't cops are on you like white on rice. Watching how long it took I was amazed too. They got cops on bikes, motorcycles, foot and car downtown. But this chick was dropping like it was hot broad daylight and it took too long for police to come.
