Back when I played regularly I shot around 85%, which was pretty good. Now I'd probably be in the 75% range since I rarely get to play, and never really practice free throws.

I'm a decent shot, but I don't have the consistency in my release to be a decent free throw shooter.

In all honesty I'm a pretty good FT shooter. If I had to guess a percentage I'd say between 85% and 90%.

I do around 80%.

If I regularly practiced I could easily hit 90% of them.

Back when I played I was consistently between 75-80% from the line. I was always frustrated that I didn't get better from the line because I could shoot the three (better than 40%), so you would think I could make a FT.

90-95%. But that was about 20 years ago. I will say somewhere in the 80's. I played 21 with my students the other day and we played shoot to you miss with the free throws. I made 12 straight and still loss the game. This one student was dunking.

90-95%? That's around tops in the NBA.

I remember looking in the guiness book of world records and some guy hit like 2,000 free throws in a row.

Lol that is all I can do. Won a lot of free throw contest in the Bay Area. But never in front of 1000 of people. That is a big difference.

Dont know what my percent is but lets say I wouldnt make any kind of team. Im good at defense, thats about it.

I play twice a week in my church gym and last week I arrived about 2 hours before anyone else so I shot free throws. Hit 87 out of 100, 37 consecutive.

Shot 77% in high school from the line. If I were to just stand and shoot free throws all day, I would imagine my % would be a little higher. On a side note, I did hit 35 out of 35 to win a state free throw contest when I was 9.
