Fast forward 2 months and now the diverter inside the faucet to divert water to the side spray broke. Delta replaced it, but when trying to remove it the damned thing broke in half because it's a brittle plastic collar around a brass screw. What genius thought that was a good idea? To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to put a notch or any way to get a hold on this hollow brass screw. Not a slot to get a flathead in, not a square shaped hole to get a phillips head in, not even a hex shaped hole so you can get an allen wrench into. ****ing POS.

Tired of crappy build quality
so I have a Delta faucet in my kitchen I pain nearly $400 for, and I'm getting tired of having to replace throwaway plastic garbage they stuff inside this thing. Two months ago the aerator broke, the thing is made so flimsy I'm shocked it lasted as long as it did, the kicker though is that it's made into a heavy metal collar that makes the part cost $35. Delta replaced it, but still, if you are making a $35 part why not go ahead and make a $40 part that's not going to break if you look at it wrong. Oh, and the part is specific to a single faucet Delta makes, which means you have to order it, no store is going to stock it, meaning I had to go weeks without an aerator on my faucet.
