What's fascinating to me is that she is the one shooting the video, usually it's a bystanding do-gooder outing these kind of people.
I just wonder what she thought the endgame was going to be after she posted it on FB, especially with the racial slurs. Did she really think people were going to be on her side after that behavior?
One thing is for sure, if I'm managing that DD, that cashier is getting a raise.Comment

Retail and fast food can be terrible.
I've dealt with my fair share of ignorant, self entitled pricks in both.
I won't have anyone cuss at me or say some ignorant **** like that chick. I'll look right at them and say, "I don't have to listen to this" and then walk away. I've done it working for Home Depot before.
A guy complained to my manager because of it and my manager eventually escorted the guy out of the building because he became so out of control and cussing and yelling and junk.
Some people go into businesses just looking to find something wrong and cause a problem. I don't know why people are like this, but they are.
We had regulars at HD and in my fast food days who you all ready knew were going to be a problem before they walked in the door.Comment

I've worked so many varied jobs it's silly and I can say in my experience it all equals out.
Any job in which you deal directly with a consumer/resident/customer, you are going to see the worst tendencies of humanity at some point. And the funny thing is most of them have jobs in a service industry as well....just a big circle of crap slinging.Comment

I've worked in customer service since my first job in high school. Grocery stores, retail, over-the-phone, car rental.. I've done it all.
If someone's being a bitch for no reason, **** them.
I've never been rude to a customer in my life, no matter what job it is.. but if she's going to act like that over a receipt, she can let me know how those donuts with some extra "love" taste.--

I'm not defending her or any other bad customer but by engaging in behavior that elevates the situation or reinforces the customers complaint then all you are doing is living down to the expectation. And I freely admit I have handled some unhappy customers incorrectly, but I know that mishandling them on purpose is just a waste of my own time and energy.Comment

Yes, I accidentally dropped it on the floor and accidentally ended up putting it in the bag.
I'd give her a couple of chances, and I probably wouldn't actually drop her food one the ground or give it some frumunda cheese.. but I'd probably tell her to get the **** out.--
