Thought it was for High Heat at first, but this was talking about World Series Baseball 2K3... a game I don't even remember playing!


What really made me laugh was me soon asking if anyone lived in Pittsburgh so I could come over to their house to copy a roster file (NCAA?) because I was too broke to buy a Sharkport!

My first posts here probably would have been about HH2k4, but I didn't find out about this place until later. Most of my posts associated with that game (and there were many) were on baseballsimcentral. NFL2k5 was the game that got me to start posting here because there wasn't really anywhere else to discuss it (aside from the 2k forums which were just as much of a train wreck back then as they are now )

Nice...I've been looking for All-Madden PS2 sliders. I've been testing out some of my own, but I can't seem to get it right. I'm gonna give these a try in the next couple days and I'll let you know what I think.

In a thread about Madden 2007 sliders for PS2.

Made another post in the same thread. Then my next post wasn't until 2009 in The Show forums. That's when I became hooked. Honestly, I barely even lurked in those 2 1/2 years between posts. That 8840 post number just became a little more sad, didn't it?

Are you sure you want Leftwich in Chicago? I mean he's a really good QB and all but the Bears offensive scheme is just soo rinky dink thowring 2-3 yard passes and the occasional big pass. I suppose that's good for a young QB but it would be very detrimental for his career down the road. The Bears have some good recievers, heck they've had some capable recievers the last 2 seasons and they've still yet to open up the playbook. Didn't Chandler start a couple games? The guy has an arm, granted not as good as it once once and they're still running these short passing plays while relying heavily on the A-Train who unfortunately had the sophomore jinx. If Leftwich were to join the Bears they would need to open up the playbook pronto. Nothing too fancy but more passing, and not that 3-4 yard crap. The Bears need more balance on Offense. I do, however agree the Defense is fine as it is. They just got bit by the injury bug early on last yr.

Wowzers....I have to look up the Bears record in the '02 and '03 seasons to jog my memory.

WSB2k3 - wow! I think I provided rosters and sliders for that game. The rosters had modified catcher arms b/c you couldn't steal in that game.

The Show forums is what got me hooked as well. Never looked back since. Met a lot of great people on here, in real life and on meebo. Like extended friends and family practically.

To be honest I'm kinda surprised that almost everyone(except texas fans) seem to think bama is going to win, by a large margin too. I think peoeple aren't giving Texas enough credit.
