LOL come on guys its not that bad. I hated the first time I tasted it and wondered how I would do it, but over time I've learned to enjoy the taste.

Hopefully it gets better lol. Today I mixed it with water and tangerine flavored Emergen-C and it helped a bit. That's not going to screw anything up right?

I got my pills in and those are easy to take. I'll see if I notice anything over time...

I'd personally lay off the vitamin C supplements. High doses have some pretty bad side effects. You should not be consuming more than 100 mg a day, so taking 1000mg for a prolonged time period is bad!

Surprisingly if you want to get your vitamin C, just eat 1 bell pepper a day. One will contain roughly 150% of your daily value.

Yeah don't mix anything processed with the vinegar, defeats the purpose of doing it. Just put honey if you can handle the taste. But just be a man and take it lol.

I did it today with just water, I think it's just gonna take time to acquire the taste for it. Is this something you do every day forever? Or just a month or two to get things right, and maybe again down the road if issues come back

Yeah just get things right I would say. For myself I do it everyday for the health benefits and I been losing weight since I been drinking it.

                  Re: Acid Reflux

I do it only when needed. It took it originally for around 3 months, until everything got back to normal like it should have been. Once that happened then I only need to rotate on it for a week or so if I start noticing some issues with my gerd. It quickly cures it up and I'm good to go for a while.

Now I know many who do it part of their morning routine. For me my morning routine is somewhat simple, a probiotic, allergy med, Metamucil(fiber), and rotate in the ACV when needed. Now I'm about to start on a local honey routine because if you can find local honey from your area then it should help your allergies. That is the supposed word at least, I will need to give it a try for several months and see if it helps.

Staving off seasonal sniffles with hot tea might be more effective than you realize, especially if you drizzle some honey in your cup. At least one study has shown that honey combats allergies.

I'd rather die than drink straight vinegar of any kind.

I used to have frequent heart burn and borderline Acid Reflux and I still get it from time to time.

I feel like you can fight acid reflux with a steady workout, drinking minimal sodas, and few home remedies here and there.

My grandmother never kept tums, rolaids, etc. in her house. She always suggest a spoon full of ginger and man it works.

I'm 37 and this past year I've started to get it a lot and it sucks. I especially get it after eating spicy foods now and I love that stuff.
