Its like a hopper with a control valve on it and goes from 1-10. Nice when you're going to have a party to crank it up to around 8-9 to kill all the extra curricular's that may be floating around.Comment

Makes sense...Seems like a better way to use the tablets than the floaters, I'll keep that in mind.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: For all of you guys who are homeowners or newly owned
Everything in my room so far is black, which I actually didn't want in the beginning... Ill find a space to cramp one of these in. If I don't get it for the house warming its one of the next things on my listComment

I've seen a review or two that indicate the fridge stops working, but only a couple weeks into it I won't have an idea of that for some time.
It looks better in person than in the pictures. It also isn't very big and doesn't make too much noise when turned on.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

I'm still in the honey moon phase but so far so good. Obviously I was worried about the fridge not cooling my drinks to the point I like. Well this thing will freeze your drinks lol.

Re: For all of you guys who are homeowners or newly owned
Just finished putting in Pergo (laminate - Australian Eucalyptus) flooring into our house, man it was a bit**, but took a page from Phobia and saved the money and did it ourselves with the help of a good friend (who is a beast when it comes to building sh**).
Will post some pics tomorrow of the finished product with a few before photos.
Also got with an appraiser (the guy who originally appraised after we bought, cool guy) and he said that it would probably raise the value 3-4k. So now we bought the house for 105k, he appraised after we bought at 140k, now its looking like 143-144k and then after the new counter tops (Granite) next week (again doing it ourselves) it should be right at 150k.
This April we are gonna add Solar to the house since we have a S facing roof and the Solar peeps said it would add approx. 20-25k to the house value. Hopefully so."Most people would learn from their mistakes if they weren't so busy denying them"Comment

I need to know someone who is a beast building stuff...I'd have no problem doing stuff "myself" if I had someone who could guide me a bit as I learn things. I get too worried I'm gonna screw something up...
I'll get past that though as I start with little projects first....Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: For all of you guys who are homeowners or newly owned
Got all moved in this weekend.
Somewhat amusing, Cox cable was unable to set up our whole home DVR (connected DVR in bedroom and living room) after hours of trying, and the washer repair guy needs to order a part, so he wasn't able to fix it this time. I can't buy a break right now, but it'll all get fixed eventually.
Also I check mail Saturday and I get 2 notices from HOA, one about our front lawn (which I knew I'd have to move) and one for having garbage cans not behind our fence. I couldn't move those cause they were so heavy from stupid sellers, and this Sunday was the first night we were there to put them out. Just amusing how fast those guys can pounce.
Otherwise we got all our big stuff moved over Saturday, and after a delay because of Cox we went back to do a final clean and gather last little things. Sunday we helped my parents clean the old place so they could turn it into a real rental.
I'm still putting together IKEA too, but it's starting to turn out really nice. We love the new house and just feels amazing to finally be there for good. The entire process has been so stressful, but it's worth it.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: For all of you guys who are homeowners or newly owned
Just got my house appraised I bought two years ago and its now 50 grand more than what I bought. Can't believe it, especially what's been happening in the last 5 years.
I'm going to be selling it to my sister for 10 grand less than the appraised price since that's all she was approved for but at least I don't have to worry about hassle of staging, negotiating and paying a real estate agent. Also will be helping a family member step into a house with equity which is rare right now. She also got a great rate and will actually be paying the same amount I have been.
I will be debt free and also have the money to start up a new business with my dad. Hope things go smoothly but will be prepared for the worst.Comment
