I don't really drink sodas, except with the occasional meal and I don't even have to eat anything spicy or with sauce to get it.
I try not to eat tums or anything else, because all of the calcium in it, but sometimes I have no choice. I'm thinking of just going the doctor to make sure I don't have acid reflux or anything like that.
I just had to leave the gym, because it got to the point where it was hurting my chest.
