I do have a place locked and loaded. Saw some reviews calling it the best pulled pork they'd eaten. I don't think anything here can beat the barbecue I've had, but I'm just looking for a decent place.

Staying in from the heat can turn out to be an expensive day. Purchased both episode 1 & 2 of The Walking Dead video game off of Xbox Marketplace. Ordered a Kindle partly out of boredom, but mostly because I'd like to get back into reading.

Pulled the trigger on a Gamefly subscription. I haven't been playing games too much over the last year. Figure this will be a good way to cheaply catch up on all the games I've missed.

Just ordered a pizza for dinner. Having the girlfriend go out of her way to pick it up before she gets here. With all the money spent today, it will save me a couple bucks on delivery charges and a tip.

How far are you into Parks? If you're still in the first season, know that it gets about 74 times better in season 2, and then just keeps on getting better from there.

Like I said a few days ago, shows shouldnt be afforded more than a SEASON to hook you.

Too much wasted time. Two episodes for a drama, three or four for a comedy.

I gave A.D. 12 episodes before giving up, and that's only because of the reputation.

Season 1 of Parks & Rec is 6 episodes.

My next door neighbours invite some people on weekends and sit in their...ummm...whatever it is attached to their garage or in the garage, or whatever it is and just talk as loud as possible, yell...you name it. They do it a lot, it seems, around summer time. It sounds almost as if they're sitting in my back yard. I so feel like shouting "Shut the **** UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".... but, obviously, I won't.

I'm on my way home to Tucson. I have a flat in Deming, NM. There's a walmart across the street but its behind a six foot fence. Two kids in the car and nobody will stop. Sucks to be me.
