No way I'm paying $50 to watch that team play.

Instead I'll be attending game two of the Governors Cup between the Pawtucket Red Sox & Charlotte Knights. $11 for box seats to see a Red Sox team that are actually playing for something.

I'll be going to the Sox/Rays game on the 26th for free with company seats.

That's good enough for me. Wouldn't pay to support the owners, but free company seats? I'm in.

Question for ya'll: I'm trying to decide which game I want more- I love CFB and kind of want '13, but I do have 12 and I've been playing it a bit and, quite frankly, enjoy it, but even so, the scouting improvements and dynasty presentation improvements intrigue me... BUT, after hearing all the news about 2K13... I'm more than considering it. The only thing I don't like about it would be the fact that I like college sports and the college atmosphere, etc, better than the pros. Also, I have CHoops 2K8 (the only basketball game I have other than NCAA 09), and while I like the game, great presentation, etc... I still haven't gotten the hang of it, even after having it for 6 months (though admittedly, I haven't picked it up in a while)

Now, I realize that this is sort of comparing apples to oranges, but I was hoping that I could get some sort of opinion on the matter. I didn't know where else to go with this question as it's sort of off topic... which makes it on topic here. . Any and all opinions are appreciated. And generally I'm just looking for opinions on NCAA 13 compared to opinions of 2K12 plus general thoughts on how the alleged improvements would improve the 2k series.

So, sorry, that was a bit rambly, but I'd really love some opinions. Thanks guys!

Even though NBA 2k13 will be the over all better game, this is 2K here. It will be a month before their servers even work on a semi daily basis. So no hurry to buy it if you have other games you want.

If you can get it cheap, NCAA 13 is pretty fun, but yet like all NCAA games it gets boring and annoying pretty fast with it's bad AI play calling. How ever the uniform store is a nice addition.

The Uniform store hasn't worked for me, since the game came out. I'm afraid to even voice my concern in the NCAA forum. I thought about a Mizzou dynasty, but only if I can get those unis they were wearing Saturday night. I'm actually in my first season with Purdue, right now. I always seem to pick the most off the wall teams to play with,

I enjoy 2k games and I'm a huge NBA fan, but the games are never worth the original price tag for me. I still play NBA 2k11 and enjoy it.

I also have NCAA 13. It's a good game, but it does have some issues that can be aggravating. Just purchase whichever game you think you will get the most bang for your buck..

I actually own CH2k8 too. I haven't played it in a while, but it is a fun game. There's a lot of difference between that and the newer NBA 2k games. CH2k8 is much simpler and it's not really as "fluid".

Ok I was watching Justice League Unlimited for nostalgic reasons but who the hell is this Iron-man knockoff in DC? I dont remember these at all.

Which one are you refering?
I've only watched three episodes of that series (the ones which Terry McGinnis appears) but last week I've watched Justice League Doom (which I liked a lot) that convinced me of watching the JLU series. Before that I was planning to watch Batman TAS because I loved that series as a kid and I wanted to see every season because I don't remember how it ended.

About halloween, it's celebrated here but it isn't huge like it's there, only kids are the ones with costumes asking for candy so there aren't any girls using the day as an excuse to dress slutty. I'm not a fan of halloween either, I think I've only celebrated a couple of years, I don't like candy and the day itself doesn't attract me.

I loved Halloween, when I was a kid.

Now, you can't trust anyone just to take your kids out getting candy. People mostly take their kids to church, relatives, and the mall.

I remember my mom and dad taking my sister and me to "Heritage Hills" and the old people at every house handed out full sized candy bars.

One of my grandmothers still decorates her house and gives out candy. She lives in the city, though.

As far as the slutty girls, it's not as big of a deal for me now. I'm a few years removed from any sort of school and I'm out of the loop for most parties.. I don't want to be that weird guy lurking HS parties still.

When I was a senior, a lot of guys that graduated four years earleir with my sister would show up because they knew someone there. I just thought it was ****ing weird.

That reminds me that in one episode of Young Justice there was a villain that moved and acted similar to Spider-Man, even the voice was from the same person who was Spidey in Spectacular Spider-Man. The name is Black Spider.
