Is it me or does anyone else feel like Herm Edwards yells for no reason?

I don't even think he talks normal and he just yells no matter what the subject is. Almost Samuel L. Jackson-esq.

Re: Healthier fried chicken. Wash your chicken, cut off excess fat, dredge in your choice of flour and seasonings. (Generally AP flour, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika). Place foil on a cookie sheet, spray it with pam or whatever non stick spray you have or rub it with a bit of olive oil. Place the chicken on the sheet. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the chicken. Bake at 375 turning once when the first side is nice and golden brown. The finish the other side. Should take 15-20 minutes each side. YMMV

Cuts the fat content by 75%. Also taste your flour before dredging, that way you can adjust the seasonings before jumping right in.

Lost some skin, in a 4v4 parking lot football game, at work.

I ran a stop and go and got free on the right side of the "field" and I turned to look for the ball and it was thrown back shoulder instead of left. I slowed to make an adjustment (not exactly a great receiver) and my feet got tripped up on the guy defending me.. rolled twice and into the wheel of a Lexus.. lol.

I'm laughing now, but I will be sore as hell tomorrow..

Today, I found out the ref that called the touchdown last night, up until this season, had been a ref for football games for my High School.

I got KFC on Sunday.,, the commercials during the football games got me.

It was nasty. Doesn't compare to fried chicken from the supermarket or obviously, homemade.

Hate KFC, glad they closed all of them down around me. Nice little chain called Bushs Chicken is enough for me.

There's a Lee's Chicken across the road from our KFC. I know the chain isn't extremely popular across the country, but it blows KFC out of the water.

Their health score is always 98 or 100, service is fast, and the food is ALWAYS fresh. It's been that way for as long as I remember.

I had to wait four minutes on my food to cook, a few months ago, and the manager doubled the amount of wings I got and offered me a free drink, simply because I had to wait.

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken offers honey-dipped, hand-breaded fried chicken with 12 pc Family Meal, Chicken Pot Pie, and catering options. Download the Lee's Rewards app to earn points, get rewards, and find exclusive promotions.

I refuse to eat KFC.. **** is always greasy and nasty.

There's this local spot called Crown Chicken (side note this is the second one, I actually lived near the first in Jersey City as well. ) that has damn good chicken and rolls.
