Do I have to sign in each time I go on it?

While flipping channels earlier this morning, I noticed that Michael Strahan is now co-hosting a talk show. Why is this man being allowed to even be on television? He sounds so unintelligible about everything, and that's not even to mention the fact that he has the Grand Canyon of tooth gaps...MLB: Minnesota Twins

So, my girlfriend and I took in a stray cat that showed up at my dad's house over three months ago, found out it was pregnant and for the past ten and a half weeks, I've been unemployed and spending most of my days at home with the seven kittens, watching them grow up, playing with them, etc.
Tonight, we gave away the first of five (we're keeping two), and it just so happened to be my second favorite of the bunch. I am...****ing sad.
Been in a bad place mentally for the past two months, with no job, no real direction in my life, problems with the girlfriend at times and the one constant has been these ****ing kittens. Like cats or not, holy **** newborn kittens are so ****ing awesome.
Now one of them - the one that'd jump up in my lap on my computer chair when I was writing or playing video games - is gone. Glad I convinced my sister and her boyfriend to take him, so I can still see him, but damn this is crazy.Comment

Question for fellow DirectTV users, if my satellite signal goes out while a show is recording, does it still record? My satellite went out right in the middle of Sons of Anarchy, will I be able to watch it when the signal returns since I record it, or am I screwed?
