most games I can beat in one day......very few games actually last a week before I beat them. I beat every FPS game the same day I bought it. Mass Effect, Assassin Creed series lasted about a week or two. Skyrim lasted a few weeks. Sleeping Dogs lasted a few days or so.

That is why I am kind of picky about story lines. If the story line is good, I don't mind paying $60 for a short game. If the story line is cliche or just boring I'll wait for a price drop.

I just picked up Max Payne for 30 bucks. It took me a second to get over constantly dying but its so good.

I haven't had much time or motivation to play video games lately as well. Maybe i'll get excited about something again in the future. It kinda hurts that the video store closed down as I would usually sample a game and if I liked it I would go out and buy it.

As it is, i'm too busy watching old sporting events, movies and devoting time to my girlfriend to do much gaming anyways.

How do you find so much free time to run thru games so quickly?

I just picked up Max Payne for 30 bucks. It took me a second to get over constantly dying but its so good.

The soccer stadium level was awesome. Good looking game.

Easy......I work from home......and even when I didn't work from home, I am a night owl and some nights, like last night I just can't sleep, so I game.

I game a decent amount, but it's always throughout the week and rarely ever on weekends. I'm almost always away from home on Saturday and Sunday.

Night owl describes me. I hit the gym most week days and work a lot of hours, but I still hate to sleep..

I don't have enough spare time to game anymore. It takes me well over a month to beat a 10-12 hour game these days. You could call it a blessing and a curse. Saving lots of money and getting great value out of the games I own, but still can't game nearly as much as I'd like.

Right now Best Buy has a buy 2 get the 3rd free deal. Would love to take advantage by picking up some older titles I had missed. 3 games for under $50 is a great steal, but I still have Darksiders 2 sitting in plastic for after I beat Max Payne 3.

Not to mention the games I will be scooping up when I take advantage of the holiday sales.

I need a weeks paid vacation just for gaming purposes. lol

I was sick all last week and did nothing but play video games all day. It was great.

I hit the gym most week days and work a lot of hours, but I still hate to sleep..

I wonder if science will ever figure out a way to reduce the number of hours we need to sleep to feel rested, or eliminate the need to sleep altogether.

Man, that would be a game-changer. I'm with you, I hate sleeping, just seems like a waste.

kind of weird, when I was a child I had very little time to game during the school week. I had homework pretty much every day of the week and in high school I use to get home so late that usually I was lucky to get an hour or two before bed time. So I primarily gamed on the weekend as a child. I would do all my home work that friday night and game all Saturday & Sunday.

I remember as a child the worse feeling in the world would be to gaming all weekend then you look up and it is 6pm Sunday and you realize you still have home work to do. So therefore I always did it Friday night and got it out of the way.

I don't remember ever having much Homework in school. I always completed everything in class and very few teachers sent things home.

I still never failed a single class throughout my entire time in school and stayed on the A-B honor roll until 9th grade. Then high school really made things worse. It was a complete cake walk.

I wish I had it like that. We always got home work, even on the weekends. Even worse they would assign a damn project or 10 page essay to do over Christmas break and spring break. That use to piss me off having to do a project or an essay over christmas break and spring break.

There is a sleep method where you train yourself to take 6, 20-minute naps throughout the day. Supposedly it's all your body needs. You would have to have an extremely flexible work schedule to make that happen though

I haven't turned on my Xbox since I got back from vacation about 5 weeks ago. Just no urge for some reason. I've been getting an itch to play Forza 4 thanks to guys posting pictures of their cars on Facebook.
