            Did a little reading around and seems like this is just a vote to gauge Puerto Rican interest in becoming a state, becoming an independent country or staying as is. If there is a clear majority, then they'll move forward otherwise it just stays the same. They've had this vote come up several times before but never had a clear majority and never higher than 5% for independence.

                        Technically all that news does is prepare Colorado and Washington states for lengthy court battles, since federal law still stands.

                            Idk what's you're talking about (in Washington State) but if its about that you know what with that new law that just got "passed", i understand though cause that would explain why I see a lot of moving trucks and those things in boxes... But I think most of the people who like that thing will come to the state where the thing is you know what.
