Yeah. I always milked it too. Got to go to the nurses office and take a nap for 2 hours because I was feeling "lightheaded". Worked like a charm.

Went to a concert last night - Shovels & Rope. Its a married country(rock) duo out of Charleston, SC. It was my third time seeing them - they opened for Jack White when I saw him in September and they opened for Hayes Carll a couple years ago. Great live band. Definitely worth a listen if any of you guys are into the whole country/folk thing.

The Godfather set is also $19.99 today. Very good deal.

A question to all of you guys living on your own. When I got my electric turned on last year I had to pay a deposit that is supposedly collecting interest and, as a I understood it, to be returned back to me the next year. Its been a year and no sign of a check or any type of credit on my bill. How's that typically work?

Some companies have a 12 month period while others can be as long as 18 or 24 months. As long as no payments have been late during that time, your deposit will be returned to you.

If the trial period stated in your contract has come to an end, I'd call your company immediately to correct the problem.

Got an opportunity offered to me the other day - I get to cover the #1 Kansas State/Baylor game Saturday for SiriusXM as a Stringer.

Basically at the end of the game, I hunt down a certain player the guys want to interview, call the studio hotline, hand said player my phone, they do a 5 minute interview and that's it. I get a credential, I get to go to the game for free, sit in the press box and eat and get paid for doing it.

What if the Baylor kicker loses the game by missing a kick and they say "Go find the kid that just missed that kick." Then you track him down and he's hugging his dad and crying as his mom and sister look on because that's the only game they could make it to all year. Do you try to hand him your phone?

I'm still just a student, but I'm going to tell you what everybody in the field would say:

                      Yes. Abso-****ing-lutely.

Of course, it wouldn't happen because the SIDs make a list of players that are available for interviews. Usually freshman and players that make huge mistakes are not on that list.

Ok random question time: when putting on a belt which way do you usually put it on? Clockwise or counter-clockwise?

One of my buddies was telling me there really is a "right" way to do it so that the buckle lines up a certain way. I do not do it that way. Thoughts?

Belt goes from Front left belt loop to front right belt loop. Any belt that has a logo shows that, as does the military (and they're all over anything looking out of sorts, to put it lightly.)

Always start on the front left. Never really thought about why or considered trying from the front right. Dunno if one of my parents told me that it was supposed to go in from the left when I was little or if handedness plays a role.
