 Re: Off Topic 2012

That reminds me, a friend of mine was staying with relatives for a couple days. Apparently they're quite well off because the basement was a beautiful man cave with a full bar and several TVs, including the main TV of 82 inches , hell one of the secondary TVs is 65". She said there's arcade games and a "water feature", whatever that is. That's just the mancave area, there's also 2 bedrooms and bath down there, with automated recliners. I actually pitched a tent just from the description.

Man cave topic. So my best friend from the high school years has family that lives near Chesapeake Bay. That should say enough right there.

Anyways, his sister moved out to that area for work and I was stationed in DC. We went to her aunts house and I never wanted to leave (they actually gave me a standing invite which was pretty awesome.)

Their basement had a wrap-around couch, 114" projection screen, homemade wine cellar room, 2 separate bars, and remotes that cost almost 10grand a piece. It was a 7 or 10 inch touch pad remote (they had like 4 of them) that controlled the TV (want ESPN? Click the E logo), lights, temperature, security system, and the reclining parts of the couch.

I never wanted to leave their house. Went there for a 4th of July as well as a couple other times, but the first time I was there was actually for the aunts husbands funeral. It was also the NFL playoffs.

That is one mighty LARGE basement. What the hell they live in ? An old plantation house ? Old mansion ? Got to be one of the two. That reminds me, a friend of mine was staying with relatives for a couple days. for what it's worth, there's always a few girl fights. sometimes they're better than the male fights, what with their estrogen and hair pulling. and let's not forget about the butch girls, either. those fights are absolutely nuts.Cardinals

Close. Metallica '89 hands down. I'd do anything to be at the concert in the spoiler.

Also, early 90s Bad Religion or Pennywise.

 Also, Zeppelin in the 70s.

 Re: Off Topic 2012

It's great to see so many people are fans of the classic bands and songs.

Sadly, a lot of the better artists today, especially the ones with deep, thoughtful lyrics are considered "underground" or never get the recognition from the average listener that they should.

Instead when we turn on our TV's or radios we hear:

"To the window, to the wall.

To the sweat drop down my balls.

To all skeet skeet, all skeet skeet.

 *** ****."I post the frog
 It makes me happy
 People get upset
 It makes me sad
