I'm staring at that pick like "WTF, dudes just fishing" only because the pic is small and low res did I not particularly pay attention to the Army of cats sitting attentively behind him lol.
Here's what happens: If you stay up past a certain time (it'll be different for everybody because of their internal clock), you literally won't be able to fall asleep even if you try. Now this doesn't happen to everybody, but it does to me
Example: Let's say my 'time' is 6 AM. If I somehow stay up past 6, there's no chance I fall asleep if I try to go to sleep at 6:15. It will take a very long time to fall asleep because my body has already gone into 'start the day' mode rather than 'end the day' mode
I used to have sleeping problems. But then I started using these 3-4 times a week. I sleep great now.
This seems to help too.

The celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Of all the professions, after all, few people are less suited to be suddenly thrown into the public eye than chefs. We're used to doing what we do in private, behind closed doors.
