Weighted Shoulder Shrugs
Wall Push Ups (this one depends on how much you trust your coordination but get your feet up a wall, and do like a hand stand against the wall and lower yourself as much as you can and push back up)
there aren't a lot of variety of shoulder exercises with weights that I know of I'm sure I missed but the most effective IMO are the Military Presses with a barbell, and seated shoulder press with dumbbells.Minnesota Vikings

I had FIFA 96 for Genesis, could never figure out how to play it (I was young... but never had this problem with other games). I just remember my brother rolling with Sao Paoul or something.
FIFA now is the go-to game for multiplayer, overtaking Madden, Call of Duty, and others. The EA NHL series is moving up there too.

Can't be certain, but I think I may have gotten someone cited for failure to yield the right-of-way for a pedestrian today. Some of you may recall me mentioning the intersection near my apartment and the fact that people virtually never stop for pedestrians despite the clearly visible crosswalk and neon yellow pedestrian crossing signs. Well, I was waiting to cross today and there was noone coming up the stree but there was a car coming down but still far enough up that I could easily jog across before it reached the intersection. I'm not going to lie, in FIFA 96 the only team I played with was Brazil. I did long lob passes all game long. I was a run n gun soccer player.
It wasn't until 2002 did I fully master the art of crosses, corner kicks and headers. I still remember the first time I pulled off a bicycle kick in FIFA over a decade ago, I jumped up and down like a little school girl.Comment

But no seriously though they had sliders back in FIFA 96. Very limited though because it only involved their crosses, pass thru balls and shooting.
