Do you guys think video games can draw more people towards a sport and make it popular. Like say MLB 2k12 was the best sports game ever this year and the franchise really took off the next few years. Do you think baseball could become what it used to be, or would the sales be nice, but baseball would still be losing it's popularity like it is now?

I almost feel like the sport would see a rise in popularity because of the game.

Well.......The early UFC and Pride videogames on the PS2, Dreamcast and Xbox helped fuel the growth of MMA in the USA. FIFA made soccer popular in the USA as well.

When I was a child people use to look at me side ways when I would go to a gaming store and ask for FIFA. Now, more americans know about soccer and aren't clueless to the sport like they were 20 years ago.

20 years ago you could ask your average american what soccer was and they would say ummmm, that is what mexicans play. They had no clue everywhere country in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa played soccer.

At least now they have an understanding of it and can actually name some international players.

I only curse inside my house, preferably when I'm alone. I don't like to curse outside or on internet when it isn't needed, I prefer to find better words because I've more time to think of a better term.
I mostly curse while playing videogames or watching sports.
