Here's what I've learned tonight:

If you throw some ice on a stripper's back, while she's doin' her thing, the reaction is priceless... turned out better than I expected

Also, going to Arbys after 2am, when everything is closed down, you're guaranteed to run into several people you know.

Okay, so don't ask me how I came across this video, but I need some damn answers.

Why in the blue hell did KISS ever go without the makeup/costume look? And why oh why do they look soooo questionable doing that?


I mean seriously, the dude that's on the right side of the video for the majority of the time looks BEYOND questionable. For a minute I forgot I was watching a KISS video and thought I was watching the YMCA video. Man.....

Oh, and Gene looks like he's about to seriously rape someone. And not rape in the Call of Duty/FPS sense that people like to joke around about, but like actually sexually assault a woman. I just....don't even know.

I feel like where I've never used creatine or protein before, that when I start using them both this week, I'll easily put on around 10lbs over the next week to two weeks. I'm pretty excited to see the results over the next month, month and a half.

Yeah if you've never used those supplements before, or a Whey Protein powder.. you will see a quick jump in the amount of mass you put on in the beginning period. However it will even out after your body becomes used to taking those in on a daily basis.
