I'm pretty sure I tore my bicep. Underneath my arm, in my armpit, it burns whenever I straight my arm and rotate it to where it's parallel with the ground and the burning sensation goes from underneath my arm(lower down than my nipple almost) and all the way up my arm and around on top of my bicep all the way down to where my bicep ends, which is right where my elbow starts to bend.

Talked to my uncle in law about it who works in the medical field and he said it sounds just like a torn muscle. Thing just keeps getting worse, but not terribly. I was still able to dribble the basketball today, but couldn't grab any rebounds with my left arm at all.

Pretty sure however you're working out, you're doing it wrong. First your elbows hurt after running, and now you're tearing muscles. It's safe to say your strict diet of peanut butter and Earwig Crunch is not providing necessary nutrients.

This high school kid in Indiana was expelled for Tweeting the F word on Twitter at 2:30am. The high school says they track all of their students Twitter and Facebook accounts. Wow.......

That is why I always tell people don't login at school or work. Those places have tracking software and once you login they access to your account and will track it no matter where you login in next.

I don't understand how schools get away with **** like that. I remember they had a rule where after getting caught using your cell phone two times, they confiscated it and kept it for two weeks. All they said concerning the legality of it was "don't worry, we checked and we're allowed to do it". I also had an issue with a teacher opening up my phone and reading a text that was sent to me.

The elbow soreness was just from flexing my arms and keeping my elbows a lot tighter than they needed to be. I figured that was the case. I started running more relaxed, like your supposed to and like I usually do, and that ended up being a one time occurrence.

The muscle tear, eh, you can easily tear muscles even when doing exercises the right way. I know my form was good on everything I did as I watched myself in the mirror. I just think I was way too pumped and overworked myself not thinking about it and in the end maybe tore a muscle. It was one of those days where I felt I could go forever, so I went further, and probably took it too far.

Don't know how, but it seems like an invasion privacy to me, since he was at home when he tweeted it and he didn't even it tweet towards anybody at all. Nobody name was in the tweet, no place or property was mentioned in the tweet.

If you going to start expelling students for tweeting the F word, then you might as well expel students for saying the F word too then.

Man, I apologize for being "that guy" again but we have one final spot open in the OS Supporters Fantasy Baseball money league and we draft on Sunday so we're looking to get that filled soon.

Here are the stipulations:

League Type: ESPN Standard League - 5x5 Rotisserie

So there was a code red lockdown at my school today, apparently there was a suicidal gunman at a school across town and most of the schools here were put on lockdown. Good thing no shots were fired, pretty crazy stuff though.

There has to me more to the story than that. I mean to expel someone for tweeting the F word is just beyond overboard. That'd be like getting a life sentence for stealing a $.90 candy bar.

And to piggyback, I have no idea what the hell is going on at Pitt this month. There wasn't 1, but 2 bomb threats today. First one was around 11 this morning at the Cheveron Building which houses chemistry and then another one at the Cathedral of Learning a bit before 6 this afternoon. So that makes 5 total bomb threats this month and when you add in the shooting at Western Psych . . . man . . . I have no idea.

i had my own med issue since sunday... my back has been hurting it hurts to bend down and move and i could barely walk i am slowy but surely getting better
