This girl on my Facebook says she would rather go through an earthquake then a tornado. I think she's crazy. Having been through both I'd pick tornado.

A tornado only destroys small parts of your city. Yes it can be destructive but not compared to an earthquake. Just look at what happened to Japan. You just can't compare that to something of a tornado.

Depends if you're talking about being directly in the tornado or not. If an earthquake hit my county, it would be mass destruction all around. But when a tornado hits my county, the odds of it affecting me are pretty slim.
