Edit: And watching it right now reminded me that Raw each week has a similar effect. Sometimes I feel like I'm watching the show from reading all the posts.Last edited by bcruise; 01-16-2012, 11:17 PM.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2012
Geez, people really have lost manners. I got inside the church for the funearl and it was packed. I mean it's a big church and the line was going out into the parking lot. The thing that got me, and maybe it's not that surprising seeing as there were so many people, was that it was loud inside. Everyone was talking loud so they could be heard over everyone else, and the thing that got me, but I don't know if I am overreacting on this or not, but was nearly everyone had the nerve to get out their phones and text, play apps, surf the internet, etc. throughout the entire time I was there.
Maybe I am overreacting, was raised old school, I don't know, but society lost some respect from me today.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

I think these days a lot of the young people just want to get out just to be "seen", or to socialize everywhere, and they forget some of the true meaning of life. There's more to life then being seen in your Coach Bag, with your new iPhone, and expensive designer clothes, and I'm pretty young myself in my early 20's.Minnesota Vikings

I'll hit you guy with another 'social media' trivia question.
Why do people on Facebook announce on their Facebook that they're getting ready to delete people ? Are they looking for people to acknowledge them or something ? If someone wanted to delete me, I would rather them just do it.
I'm not begging to be 'friends' with anyone on the ****ing internet, whether I know them in real life or not. Then again, everyone on my friends list, I know personally.. all 327 of them. + there are several I see that I don't even care to add.. just because I didn't like them in school.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2012
I'm not surprised........kids raising kids...... Too many parents now seem to be more of their kids friend then their actual parent. I see it every time I leave the house.
Kids back talking their parents, cursing in front of and sometimes AT their parents. Hell they don't even ask to do something or go anywhere, they just go.
I will never forget I was dating this lady who had a 7 yr old boy. That boy walked out the house and yelled I'm going to my friends house. He didn't ask or anything, just walked out the door and said what he was going to do as he walked out the house. I was like WTF ?
Just like now, my neighbor 10 yr old daughter comes and goes when ever she please. Parents are too soft.
And I swear Walmart and Kmart have to be the curse your mom out capital of the world. Seems like everytime I go to one of those stores some kid is cursing their mom out.Comment
