I slept for more then 6 hours for the first time in a long time. I'm more tired now then if I would have slept my usual 3-4 hours. I hate sleeping, wish I could go with out it.

I know this is way back and I haven't read ahead of this post, but this is very disappointing from a self-proclaimed math person.

I usually get about 4-5 hours a night but every two weeks or so I crash for an 8-9er. That was last night. I was out at 8 and up at 430.

It's kinda like a "reset", I'm feelin good today.

I slept for almost 11 hours, so yeah it was a reset in a major way. I feel all messed up like my meds are wrong but I know they're right. Oh well, it's after noon so now I can have a drink without feeling like there's a problem developing.

Monday Night I had a terrible Night of sleep tried to go to bed at 11 but I just could not fall asleep so I ended up getting antsy and just laying restless until I fell asleep probably around 2. Only got 4 hours of sleep. Had to be up at 6

Last night I slept like a baby went around 11 slept until 9. Off today from work, I actually laid down a little while ago and fell asleep for an hour or so. I always seem to do that on my off days.

I usually can't sleep for more than 9 hours. Longest I've ever slept was probably about 15 hours, but that was when I had the flu.
