Next time I come back to my apartment complex and there is a car parked in my spot, I am going to call the towing company. I'm not a fan of the assigned spots, but if we have to have them I should have access to mine at all times. I've complained to the landlord about this happening, quite often it being the same vehicle occupying my spot, but apparently they lack the backbone and/or balls to do a damn thing about it. Yet, they still find time to harass my mom and I about parking in our own spots because after about 3 years of them being here they still don't know what vehicles we drive. So next time, I will just call the towing company myself and they and the offending party can just sort that **** out themselves.
