I was at the local Exchange yesterday and saw them selling a used iPhone 3GS for $150, new for $200. I refuse to pay $400+ for a phone (so no 4GS), but would the $150 be worth it? I didn't get a chance to look at the used phone so I don't know what condition it is in. If it's in bad condition, should I pay the $200 for the unused 3GS?

Aren't they giving those free at ATT with a 2 year plan? I personally wouldn't pay 150.00 to 200.00 for any phone but I will say my iphone 3gs is incredible for my day to day. I paid 90.00 for an upgarade with a 2 year plan last june for mine.

Yeah they are, but I'm already tied into a contract with TMobile.

Tough call then. I don't know what the phone market is like right now but I can say I love the iphone 3gs. There may be other nicer phones you can get for cheaper though. Maybe you can find some phone talk in the E&T section here on OS.

I checked out some prices on EBay and it looks like 150-200 is the going rate. I wouldn't buy from ebay but it's a good gauge for prices new and used.

Well if you jailbreak it to use on T-Mobile you can't use 3G. It'll only use their Edge network.

I have yet to find anything off brand that tastes better than the name brand. Maybe i'm not looking in the right places?

I think most off brand cereals taste just as good, or better than their counterparts.

I don't browse large pages on my phone as it is, so it won't be that much of a difference.

Honestly I never did because it seemed so ghetto and I figured it would taste terrible. But with the damn amount of cereal my kids eat I figured one day that I'd give it a shot.

You know what? It tastes the damn same (and if not it is real damn close) and you can buy way more for way less.

Cereal as it stands is such a damn ripoff so bulk non name brands is a smart choice if you want basically the same yet you'll pay half.

Most of them do taste the same.

The only exception I make, is that I prefer the name brand fruity pebbles.

Believe it or not, I found the Target brand of Lucky Charms to be more enjoyable than the regular.

Some are pretty good, other off-brand cereals are terrible.
