Sad to say...I memorized this whole song
NSFW: Why? Cause it's Dave Chapelle and I don't know if you have that dreadful disease where you snort when you laugh. You might infect the whole office<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hZN565uhnGc" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="560"></iframe>

This.....Did he.....
Words fail me

Edit: This was a hilariously clever splice. I couldn't help but laugh afterwards. He did a fantasitic job of conveying awkwardness

Re: Off Topic 2012
It's not the video that's funny (though it is amazing), but the youtube comment that follows after.

Re: Off Topic 2012
So the right side of my neck/right shoulder has been extremely tense for like the past 3 months. To the point that I can't really turn to my right very well because it's physically so tense I can't turn it past like 20 degrees that way.
This past weekend, I went up to the Adirondacks and went fishing for awhile, and that seems to have helped, so I'm thinking it was the casting loosening up my shoulder or something. Anywho, my thought is that I need to work out these muscles to loosen them up a bit.
I've tried going to a masseuse twice and it helps temporarily, but she thinks part of the issue is that I stopped playing basketball for awhile. I don't have a hoop here at home, so does anyone know of any workouts I could do that might accomplish the same thing as casting a fishing pole or shooting a basketball? I'm thinking maybe just lifting dumb bells above my head and out to my side and stuff?NFL: Bills

Re: Off Topic 2012
Dead serious here.........early this morning, The Social Network was on Encore....I kept laughing and all I could think of was Yeah That Guy......
But anyway back to the question at hand, try doing shoulder shrugs with as much weight as you can lift. Curls and reverse curls would help as well.
I think it really comes from you stressing out over your GF being over seas for a while.Comment

But thanks for the advice on the workouts. I won't stress about the gal being overseas for another month or so before it'll set in lol.
I'm not stressed so much over her being in Africa for a couple weeks as much as just missing her lol.NFL: Bills

Re: Off Topic 2012
On another note, I'm looking for a decent restaurant to take the lady to when we go to Niagara Falls (Canadian Side). Any suggestions? Keep in mind that we're a couple of college kids so I don't really wanna spend a fortune, but I want it to be a decent place where we could get semi-dressed up and enjoy a good meal.NFL: Bills
