I'm seriously hating how it is impossible to just be friends with the opposite sex. If you hang out with them, then you MUST be sleeping with them or you're...well, not into that.

Yeah my best friend is female, the one that used to be my roommate but moved to NYC, and everyone is always making the "sleeping together" assumptions. She's in town for summer vacation, and visits me to hang out and see her dog [that has essentially become my dog], but when I tell someone that she's coming over to see him the response is always like "yeah, I'm sure that's the only reason..." *wink wink, elbow jab* ugh

That gif makes me ponder what path evolution wouuld have taken if dinosaurs had not become extinct but instead continued to evolve. Specificially, would there have been continued reduction and ultimately loss of the forelimbs in later Tyrannosaurids and their descendents?

Trust me when I tell you, more money = equals more spending.

With me, the spending meant paying for all expenses of the household. (father is disabled, mother takes care of him, so, for a while we were barely making it) No such thing as moving out for me, not in the interim at least.

Don't get me wrong, I make a hell of a great wage for my age and am very grateful, but the more you make, the more you spend.

You would think if you made 10K extra from a side job it would all be saved up, not a chance.

This is so true. Me and my friends always joke and say that it always seemed like we had more money when we were making less.

College girls.

I'm hoping girls get better once they hit 30s. These 20 something girls are all kinds of crazy. It'd be nice if they were consistent and the same kind of crazy, but its pretty much the entire spectrum.

For what it's worth, the majority of guys at school are equally immature. My brother is 23 and I'm 20 and I swear maturity wise, I'm like 30 and he's 15.

My ex was the type that preaches how much she hates drama and hates people that try to start drama, and then tries to start drama/gets her kicks out of checking facebook to see if anybody has broken up.

Thank **** the chick that bought me at an auction turned out to be like me where we both feel kinda out of place at college because everyone else runs around being *******s while we sit back and relax lol.

It was a fundraiser for my fraternity at school. I auctioned myself off and offered to make whoever bought me French Toast. And she ended up winning me. And then she won me over. Going on 6 months in a little over a week now. Still in the honeymoon phase (although I guess that might be because it's been summer the past 2 months now and she lives in PA during the summer while I live in Rochester, NY so we've only gotten to see each other like 4 or 5 weekends probably; and then she goes to Turkey to study abroad for 4 more months).

Time for OS's daily "bitches are crazy" post!!!

As most of you know, I work 4-1. Which is the time normal people are not working, and are in fact having social lives. That makes having a social life very hard and I have to pretty plan **** a week in advance Anyway, one of my closest friends, who is a female, goes to school in NOLA and decided that we need to hang out a few times before she goes back. So last week we decided that we need to go to eat and see TDKR.

Disclaimer: I'm sure you can tell by following me on twitter, but there isn't any feelings whatsoever beyond friends between us, and in the 11-12 years we've been close, there never has been.

Anyway, as we leave, this chick I became familiar with in December who has been texting me ever since "sure, take out Mary Catherine to eat but not *dum chic*. She's real swell." Then she has the nerve to tell me "She's literally the most annoying person on the planet". Like why would tell someone their best friend is annoying and get mad because they made plans to hang out? Dumb bitches gonna be dumb bitches.

I know OS has had this debate before, but I'm on your side. I have many girl friends (full range in terms of looks) with whom I don't ever want to hook up. My best friend at school last year (complicated situation, first year at the school was senior year) was a girl, and I never even thought of trying to make a move. By the time we had become good friends, it would have been weird. Despite that, teenagers being teenagers, her friends and mine were convinced that we were dating. Of course they made it awkward whenever possible.

Whatever, college should be better, if only slightly.

What options does your local place have ? I actually found a place over the county line that does yingleng and it's amazing.

In high school, we always went with the cheaper bud light. On draft is the only way I can drink that ****.


Also, I may have come up with a decent idea for some extra money for saving. My dad and myself are thinking about starting a part time landscaping business. We have a couple of mowers and weed eaters and all the tools necessary. I'm pretty solid at photoshop and advertising.. it could work. I ran the idea by him and he liked it. He all ready cuts two of our neighbor's grass, because they are either always out of town and the other lady is older.

Anyone who actually thinks that you're gay for having mostly (or all) girl friends isn't worth listening to about anything.

People are individuals. Sometimes the individuals who you become close to are male, sometimes female. There's no guarantee of balance.

This was true for me too. There were a lot of guys that I chilled with in high school, but I let girls get to know me better than I did the guys. As it turns out, basically all my friends that I made in high school ended up being ****ty friends besides 2 or 3 lol. College I have a pretty good balance of guys and girls though.
