Yeah, and especially when they're often full of grammatical errors that make it painfully obvious the sender isn't a native English speaker.

According to wikipedia it was 12/3/94 in Japan and 9/9/95 in North America. So I was a freshman in high school when it launched in the states, though I didn't actually get one until about a year later.

Was Sept. 29th 1995 here in the UK, so I was just one year old.

Right now I'm chillin waiting for my Greek takeout for the wife and I.

              Her order, falafel and veggies.
My order, all meat on a stick and some pilaf.

              Ah, meat.

A female classmate of I asked me how ugly she is, as soon as I recieved that I closed facebook so I could dodge that bullet. However, thanks for the guy that had the idea of letting the other one know that you've seen what he/she said, she surely realized that I avoided the question. I hope she doesn't bring the topic again or I don't know how to approach the question.

When the original PS came out in the US I was 2... that seems absolutely outlandish to me considering I had friends in elementary school who had PS1s (toward the end of the generation, of course) and I don't *think* I remember anybody having the PS2 until I was in middle school. But on a related note, in one of my classes, Media Trends and Issues, we've been talking a lot about formats/format changes, and just how much things have advanced just in my (relatively short) lifetime is absolutely crazy considering the fact that things advanced basically at a crawl (comparitively) before.
