I was always jealous of the light up sneakers in elementary. By the time middle school hit, you needed Jordans or else you were lame. Thus I was lame and still am to this day. Momz was never down for spending that kind of guap on some shoes. looking back I dont blame her.

I've talked to a chick for a whole hour randomly just by coming up with some bs compliment or small talk while bored on campus, then i've done the same thing and it doesn't work. Sometimes a chick just isn't into, no point in doing anything to crazy you just move on and try again

I just don't understand why everyone feels they "need" a girlfriend now...

Is it just a lonely thing? Is it kind of the sense of knowing that when you're alone you still have someone that is "yours?"

If you're all waiting for the perfect girl, I have news - She ain't coming.

Every woman, and every man has baggage. You just have to find out what kind of baggage it is and how much of it you can put up with because no one is perfect.

So relax, don't become a hermit, and chances are that tomorrow or even twenty years from now you will find that one special someone who will tolerate your ****.

Besides, do you guys even know how much money having a girlfriend costs?

And for God's sake, the mom from Honey Boo Boo found someone to slip her the D MULTIPLE times and now even found a boyfriend!

If that doesn't give you people hope that there is really someone out there for everyone then I don't know what to tell you...

Still going to continue doing what I'm doing.

That's all you really need to do IMO.

Maybe my experiences are different than others, but I've always found a girl when/where I least expected it. I didn't do anything special, didn't do anything but be myself and it's just happened. My last post was basically exactly what I did to end up meeting the chick that I'm currently talking with. I made a comment about wanting a girl who could talk sports and one of the girls in the group I was with went and found one of her friends. Wasn't planned, didn't do anything special, it just happened. Right place, right time, right somewhat random comment.

I agree with your point Baumy, I've come to the conclusion that even if I had a Girlfriend now I probably would not be able to properly support her, and me financially. That's why I'm devoting this time that I'm single to focus on my own personal goals, both in fitness, and career wise. So that if that opportunity arises I can be prepared to fund trips, and dates out.

But boy I'd be lying If I said I don't get a little jealous when I'm at work, and some dude strolls a long with an absolutely gorgeous chick on his shoulder.. and I'm sittin' there going "Damn that lucky son of a gun" *with slightly harsher language lol.

Take me last weekend for example.

I was working on a threesome with these two beautiful women I know for Saturday night.

Of course there ended up being of a couple of no shows, but I still had a good time.

Tbh I feel that's the best way to live your life at a relatively young age, why tie yourself down with anything serious when you will always have that opportunity to later(unless of course you're seriously in love with someone)

I think beginning a new relationship right over the holidays would actually suck.

You know there's the almost inevitable part of her meeting your family due to all the festivities and we all know when a girl meets your family they see babies and a mortgage. Plus you gotta buy her a gift or she'll think you're a cheapskate. And if you do pony up the cash she could leave you soon anyways.

And then there's New Years. Who doesn't love being single on New Years?

I won't argue that girlfriends cost money, but the idea of "supporting" her isn't right my man. If she would be looking for you to provide for her in the first week of your relationship I wouldn't go near that with a ten foot pole.

Haha, I know what you mean but that's just straight up being a man. Not lonely.

You can be in the happiest relationship with a girl you love, but someday, somewhere you're going to see a girl with some guy and you are going to feel jealous.

It happens man. Having a girlfriend won't change that.

I had that thought once and then I realized that I pretty much do whatever I want whenever I want, and I play-flirt with my girlfriend all the time

Oh no I agree, any girl that's out there just to Gold dig her way to a few free dinners, and some gifts is a No Go no matter how hot, and there a ton of those.

I just feel like once you get to the point in when you get "Serious" in a relationship, as the man I think you need to be able to foot some of the bill, but that's only when you know she's going to hold up on her end and that you both mutually care for each other.

I still do that, except for the going out with girls part and I'm married. As my wife and every woman that ever met me will tell you, I'm a natural flirt. Flirting with women is something I always do without even noticing it. It as natural to me as breathing.

My wife just learned to accept who I am. I don't change for nobody and neither should anybody else. Be yourself, they either going to accept you for you or they won't. But don't ever try to be what you THINK they might like if that isn't naturally you.
