I've always been proud of being able to touch rim while only being 5'11". I used to leap off both feet and once I was taught not to gather, and instead go off 1 foot I got there. Couldn't dunk, unless you count a tennis ball, but I got there.

I'm 5' 9'' I can grab rim on a good day. I'm usually an 1 or 1/2 inch short though

I've always been proud of being able to touch rim while only being 5'11". I used to leap off both feet and once I was taught not to gather, and instead go off 1 foot I got there. Couldn't dunk, unless you count a tennis ball, but I got there.

I'm 6 1 I could only dunk a rolled up pair of socks. I got rim but couldn't get high enough to stuff a ball.

I got the sock idea from my bedroom basketball hoop I had on my door

I lost the ball so the socks were all I had.

Of course this was all 22 years ago or so. I have a hard time touching net on my boys' indoor mini hoop anymore...

I can pull off a dunk if the rim is at 7 foot... anything higher though and I can't pull it off. I can do a pretty mean fundamentally sound right-handed layup, though.

I can grab rim with one hand and I'm 5'9". Got close to dunking a couple times but gave up. Used to try to do those jump programs when I was in high school but they only ultimately ended up giving me jumpers knee and very little gains. So screw it.

On an 8 foot goal I dunk like Shawn Kemp though.
