Exactly, even if she could be charged, there is no way a jury would even consider charging a young mother protecting herself and her child, no way.

She's young, blond and not ugly. That equates to acquittal no matter the circumstances.
Just look at Casey Anthony.
Jury's can't help but acquit young attractive females from all wrong-doing.

I saw a video of all the recent female teachers who've had sex with one of their students.
In the video they display the teachers in order from good looking to homely and their punishments.
It was absolutely mind blowing seeing how the sentences varied depending on the level of hotness of the teacher.
As the video went along, the teachers got uglier and the sentences got higher.
The first teacher shown was that really good looking blonde teacher. She got no jail time at all and the judge even stated that she was too hot for jail and would be in danger because of it.
So she had sex with a 13-year-old boy and got no jail time.
See if that works the same if it was a male teacher and 13-year-old girl.

Apples and oranges. You just compared a girl who may have been connected to a pedophile (remember, she married him at 16, but who knows how long they had been together) with female pedophiles. Plus, it was a justifiable homicide, and you compared this to sexual grooming. I'm not saying the info. in the video isn't correct. I just don't get what that has to do with this situation, which happens to be a situation that won't go to court.
