Took the family to the A's / Astros game on Saturday night. It was my 6 year old son's first real game (real meaning he was able to understand what was going on).
I was one of only a handful of A's fans in Minute Maid and was able to get Mark Kotsay's (now A's bench coach) attention during BP and he gave my son a ball, which is now proudly displayed on his dresser.
Very cool moment that I'm sure he'll remember.Comment

Took my son to the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs v. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Rail Riders game yesterday. He was able to snag a couple balls from players, a few Rail Riders autographs before the game and Gary Sanchez's autograph after the game.MLB: New York Mets

Just now getting on the bus out of Wrigley. ****ing glorious. Had great seats, saw a great game, saw a dope stadium, just awesome. Frank Thomas walked right past me, the Cubs National Anthem singer stopped to talk to us and showed us his ring. Incredible. The staff at Wrigley is amazing, so much better than Yankee Stadium lol. The woman in charge of my section was like the sweetest ever, told is where to go to get to the patio, get our first timer pass, everything. She took care of us. I actually think one of the owners was like 3 feet away from me at one point but I couldn't ID him lol.
