    Paranormal Activity The Lawsuit




    A family in Toms River, New Jersey, is suing their landlord over the presence of what they dub a “poltergeist.” Just one week after they moved into their new residence on March 1, the family reported bizarre occurrences that have inevitably driven them out of the home — literally.

    If they win, that is just going to open up the flood gates.........Everybody that watch Ghost Hunters and every other paranormal show going to start filing lawsuits saying they see orbs and other weird things happening in their house.

      Yeah there's no chance they'll win that suit.

              Some states do have laws where if you do bring a frivolous lawsuit, and lose. You pay the court fees. I've been told by friends that's how they do it in Texas.

                    I wouldn't even want my name attached to this law suit. As soon as the plaintiff(s) testify, just have someone from a psych ward lock them up and this can all go away.

                        Personally, I would want to know if there's any "strange activity" or if anything bad happened in the house before buying it.
