Pretty insane recovery for a former paratrooper with the help of Diamond Dallas.

This is so awesome. I can't tell you guys how much yoga has helped me. Anyone suffering from back, foot or just any pain what so ever you gotta try yoga. You may think its not manly but if you stick with it you will feel amazing and feel limber and younger. I've done many exercises and yoga has by far gave me the most benefits.

I've suffered through back pain from a car accident, shoulder and hip pain from past football injuries and I just got over bad case of plantar factitious in BOTH feet.

I've done yoga probably 2 months now and most of my pain that I would take meds for is almost all gone. This video is really encouraging and I'm going to going to try and do it everyday.

I've considered starting Yoga but really don't know where to start. Any recommendations for someone who wants to do this at home, videos or sites to go to?
I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

I went on youtube at first to find some beginner stuff. It's easier to start when you look at a hot chick haha. I bought this one off amazon but to be honest its pretty tough at first but I'm a guy who's not flexible and was not mobile for almost month with my injury so it took some work: http://www.amazon.com/HD-Yoga-4-disc...6457271&sr=8-1

I recommend just youtube and you can find a TON of stuff.

            That's definitely an amazing story.

I think it's great whenever people do this, and this from someone like DDP. All it took was one person and now he can walk, run and do everything he could before his injuries.

Great job DDP, and an amazing job for this guy to keep going.

People never cease to amaze me. Don't ever let somebody tell you you can't do something.

                Thanks for posting av7
