Just got my first car!

1988 Fiero. Has between 140,000 to 150,000 miles. Got insurance yesterday and getting tags later today. Should have it inspected this weekend.

Your first car is always an amazing feeling. Everything that happens in and around that car will be in your memories forever. 30 years from now you will be sitting with your wife and kids and remembering that first car and all of the stuff you did.

Yeah, got my first car last year at age 21. Having it has opened up SO much. Relying on other people for rides or *shudders* public transit sucks.

Was supposed to get my first car this month, but didn't like the market for my $3K currently. Plus I have to pay 2 months worth of rent before I get my fall financial aid, will get an extra 1.5-2K tho from that aid so hopefully in the fall.
