I remember starting here the same time that PPM did. I tried to keep up with him on the post count, but jesus does he post a lot.

Oh well, OS is pretty legit. I feel like as many people on here know more about me than like 80% of the people I see in real life.

I'm a July 2002 guy as well (I must have first joined the "new" OS because this is how I've always remembered it). I found it on break during summer college classes looking for info on NCAA, I still remember sitting in the computer lab obsessing over it.

Funny part is, I don't buy NCAA every year nowadays.......just a bit stale. I'll buy it next year

I joined before the board switch. Was looking for madden ratings. Never been to a site more than this one. I don't post as much anymore, but still check multiple times a day.

I don't play games anymore besides the occasional game with my brother or buddies. So I don't post much anymore (16 posts in 2012). I still lurk around in the pro baseball forum and os neighborhood.

Joined in late 2006, crazy to think it's already been 6 years since then.

One of my favorite things used to be the Off Topic thread when it first started. I had plenty of time so I could be caught up with it 24/7 and see all the hilarity and such. The Off Topic threads have been up and down, from best thread on OS (IMO of course) to being bannded, to Supporter's Forum only and then reinstated.

I haven't followed one for quite a few years now but my favorite memory from I believe the original one was a night where people went on a 90's music video posting spree.

Came in 2002 because I think Steve had an early copy of NCAA 2002 or something and was posting a ton of screens. I had a different username, but I think it was cookusu over on the IGN boards that sent me the link to this place originally. Best forum on the internet.

I think I started posting under the new username when NCAA '06 came out and there was a glitch with the 7" tall player.

Yeah Im a legend around these parts now....-_-. Lol. Im pretty sure the dibs thread is going to make everyones persona different. I can already see it now:

Ah yes, the political discussions. Boy did that ever get heated at times. It did generate quite a bit of discussion. I remember the numerous times we tried reviving that to diminishing returns each time because it'd turn into a crap storm.

God of Life doesn't hold a candle to TM_Skillz or DatCrunk.

Those guys were just totally ridiculous. Who knew we'd be sitting here being sentimental about those jokers.

I also remember guys like HDaniel, Pol, JRod, Cookusu etc etc and who can forget BDoughty's classic meltdown. That was a thing of beauty LOL.

This really isn't a message board, it's a true community.
