That object you see to the right of the cop car laying in the street at the 7:30 mark is the suspect's bumper.

It fell off directly in front of the diner where I eat breakfast 4-5 days a week.

Before the guy's door opened, I thought he flew through the windshield Niko Bellic style, and that it was his body.

Yeah that's unsafe to be driving like that in the neighborhoods. I think the cop should have let him go. Imagine kids playing out in the streets or someone taking out the trash.

If you listen at the end the lady on the mic says to "call it off" then he responded oh he just crashed so the guy was maybe 5 seconds from getting away with it.

Well, he had just crossed the border from Lakewood into Cleveland and the CPD was already en route.

The border of Lakewood and Cleveland is the center line on West 117th and he crashed at the corner of 116th.

The street he tried to turn down (116th) is an extremely narrow road with virtually nowhere to go.

It is obvious that the suspect was not very familiar with the Lakewood area at all.

That was something. It's good the the cops got him. Life isn't GTA, thankfully.
