    Help with poison ivy

My friend from work gets it all the time, every year all the time and she asked me if I knew any way to limit it or prevent her from getting it.

She gets it very easy, she doesn't even have to be around it.

Is there any special vitamins, meds, etc she can take or anything to help, thanks.

    Aloe Vera gel/cream.

EDIT: Under the assumption you meant poison ivy.

She gets poisoned all the time? Is she constantly going up against Weedle? I would suggest either leveling up to where she can kill it in one hit or perhaps going to the closest Pokemon Center, but remember, she will die if her HP is low as she will lose HP periodically. Hope this helps.

Yes poison ivy. Also I didn't know if there were ways to maybe prevent or limit catching poison.

Yeah......stopping walking in the area where it grows. If it is in her yard, cut it down and throw it in a garbage bag.

She has been all around her house and doesn't have poison ivy. Her neighbor always burns his poison and brush and she gets it from that. Also been time where she just goes out for her walk and come back and wakes up with poison.

Well she can call the cops on her neighbor. That can't be legal to purposely burn poison ivy outside like that. That is a biological hazard.

Far as walking........she needs to be more careful where she is walking at. If I was her I wouldn't even walk that route anymore.

Keep Benadryl tablets (make you drowsy) or cream on hand. I recently had a breakout on my arms....Walmart pharmacist suggest the generic Benadryl tablets...gone in 3 days

Aloe Vera and/or Calamine Lotion work as well for the itching.

Unfortunately the only preventative measure for poison ivy is avoidance. There was a vaccine for it developed 10-15 years ago, but it was discontinued fairly quickly due to lack of demand according to my doctor

Once you get a little bit of it scratch it until it bleeds and then pour bleach on it. It will be gone the next day.

Not Kidding either. I did this as a kid because I was seriously allergic to poison ivy. When I got it, I would miss school for weeks.

WTF....that might work, but your pouring bleach (!) into an open wound...cannot possibly be good for you.

Whenever I get poison ivy I just stop having poison ivy and be awesome instead.
