Yeah, the Alabama Elephant is pretty fugly. And I truly mean that. I'm glad Alabama doesn't use it on field or on their baseball uniforms.

Pretty much all the logos that came out of that stupid "Turn Ahead The Clock" Promo that the MLB did in the late '90s. Robotic birds and elephants? Mercury Mets? Seriously? What made them think that was a good idea?

Once the New Orleans Pelicans become a real thing, that will be the worst logo.

With a name like that, it's a guarantee.

The funny thing is that if they go with one of a good number of the mockups, the logo is actually better than a lot of NBA teams believe it or not.

And how the hell has this thing not been brought up in here?

It was a great looking logo until they swapped gold for yellow and screwed around with the shade of red.

Besides, that logo hasn't been used since '86, or 26 years ago so more than 2 decades.

Since we're drifting off from major leagues i think nearly any logo on this site http://www.bushparty.com/htms/hockeylogos.htm would easily qualify for the "worst" list.

this one is certainly a top contender for the #1 spot

I actually like the Yankee's logo, though I can't stand the team. But, IMO, the Red Sox logo is pretty poor. It's something you'd find in a disappointing Christmas present from your aunt.
