Just avoided a huge let down in my NCAA UCLA Dynasty.. Somehow.

Undefeated ranked #1 coming into the Pac 12 Championship. Throw an early interception and then another in Oregon territory and they took a 31-13 lead into the half. Shut them out in the second half and came back to win 34-31

I used to think I would never eat cottage cheese. Insanity got me on it, though.

I mix it with fiber one and fruit for breakfast. Its pretty good, too.

I love cottage cheese, but it has to be 4%, I have a few spoonfuls pretty much every day when I wake up. Breakstones is the best, but Simply will work in a pinch. Cottage cheese is one of the rare things that I can't buy the generic brand of, tastes like curds of cardboard.

When I was a kid I had a milk addiction, my mom had to limit the amount of milk I drank because she was having to buy 2+ gallons a week. When I moved away for college they suddenly dropped down to 1 half gallon a week, and it was more than enough.

I think all the milk is why I ended up 6 inches taller than my dad and a foot taller than my mom & sister. Plus when I broke my collarbone in 7th grade it healed back to nearly twice it's size (I still have a noticeable lump) lol, and it took half the recovery time expected.

Too much milk is not necessarily a good thing. There is a potential link between high calcium intake and cardiovascular disease (which right off from my cardiovascular classes, there is a link there with cardiovascular muscle). Drinking 1.5+ gallons a week already puts you at around 100% of your intake a day (16 servings per gallon, around 30% DV for each serving, 103% per day). And you get calcium elsewhere, unless you just eat junk.

Excessive calcium also can lead to osteoporosis. You force the bone cells to process more calcium than really necessary, causing your bones to age faster. So repairing that collarbone fast now could cost you down the line.

If I could go back 20 years, I will tell myself to invest in yahoo, apple, and google. Then I would tell myself when 2006, 2007 comes around, get heavily involved in Youtube making videos of every game you play and every little stupid thing your pet does.

If I could go back 10 years(20 years would make me 5 and who wants to deal with a 5 year old) I would tell myself what pro teams to bet on the next 9 years and to never try a do it yourself halo costume and post it online.

Didn't feel like finding the blackjack tables tonight, we're exhausted. Ordered a couple crepes and sat my *** down at a slot machine to lose 20 bucks while they were making our food.

Won 150. Stupid slot machines. Can't complain for 5 minutes of action on money I figured I was throwing away, though.
