I usually go with 10 min quarters, 29 game season, best of 3 playoff series (or sometimes just 1-1-1-1), and just see how far into the future I can take the team. I've been on 2k11 long enough that all current players have retired in my association , definitely looking forward to getting 2k14 this year but I'll actually miss that deep association I had going.

Based on team ratings, I'm usually not very good at building a team, but I tailor my team to my playing style so it works for me. Like signing/drafting the tallest competent center available (usually 7'6"), and surrounding him with shooters.

Also, in regards to playing as your favorite team when they're good, what I used to do with Michigan was start as a small crap school, build my resume while the Wolverines fall apart, then take over down the road when they've fallen to like a 2 star school. But then we got Denard and I couldn't help myself

I've gotten through 82 game seasons in the past, so that's what I normally do. 10 minute quarters.

Did it a few times in NHL 12, did it a few times in NBA Live 09 and 10. I think Borderlands 2 popped up and stopped my progress in my NBA 2k13 one this last time.

2k14 is going to be my first game for PS4, though, so I'm definitely looking forward to it.

It's been a long time coming, but I had my hearing for that stupid academic integrity case today. My partner and I won . Now we wait for our professor to regrade it. Hopefully she isn't too harsh or we'll have to appeal that too.

I'm playing with the Magic right now and we're 0-7. I traded Turkoglu for being a bum and got Humphries. No one can rebound and I'm real close to getting rid of Big Baby because he pisses me off. But still, I'm enjoying myself.

The simplest thing has confused me since going back to college.

When you guys were coming up through grade school, middle school and high school, how were you taught comas were suppose to be?

A. I'm going to play basketball, hockey and football.

or

B. I'm going to play basketball, hockey, and football.

With the success of my broke *** gamer selection last week (or was it the week before?) of Sleeping Dogs, I went back to the bargain bin at Gamestop and picked up Assassin's Creed Revelations. The bar has been set high Ubisoft.

Oxford commas are redundant.

Both ways are correct, technically. A is the preferred method for journalistic writing.

We were always taught not to use the last comma, and it's always looked weird to me whenever people use it. All of my History professors use it and it bothers me.

Using the Bucks in the Association. Sneaky, fun team. Somehow pulled off a 40 point performance with Antenkoumpo (probably spelled that wrong).

Frustrating but fun to play with. When Ilyasova (probably spelled that wrong too) Mayo, and Knight are hitting the threes it's a dangerous team. But they can go ice cold at any time it seems.

Antenkoumpo is a silent assassin, he's rated a 60, but he plays like a 61, seriously though, I don't know why, but he's had some monster games for me, I think it's that length.

Playing on Superstar. Custom Settings, not far from simulation. Lowered mid range and 3 pointers for me, to 45 and 47.

I was able to pay off my PS4 and was able to get NBA 2K14/COD Ghosts. Now all I have to do is get FIFA 14 and 2 other games on Tuesday then go to the midnight release on Friday.
