Re: Off Topic 2013
^lol, that reminds me of when I was in middle school and we faced a basketball team where everyone from that school was above 6 feet tall. We questioned how abunch of 12-13 year olds could be that big, and even if they were, how they were in our division(since divisions are ranked by the schools past performances) since there's no way that a school with so many huge people, had similar win-loss records as us.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2013
Isn't that the kid that got a scholarship offer from Hawaii, or was that a different 6'4, 400lb running back?
Makes me wish I would have played running back in high school.--
Have you ever wanted to coach or play basketball at the next level, but something prevented you from achieving that dream? Fret no more. Ask me about SimWorld Hoops to see how you can create your virtual self, and follow your path from the prep-level to the pros.

lol also, Canada no longer has "boxing day sales" so much as they do "boxing week sales". In other words, it's just stores cheap way of getting people to go to their stores all week long instead of just on boxing day. Sure, after December 26th, many items are sold out already, but unless you're getting something huge(like a TV or computer or something) no real point of shopping in Canada on Boxing Day since prices stay the same until around New Years.Comment

easily the best thing you will hear today, or possibly this week
It's exactly what it looks like.
Since this was being talked about earlier, I've been working at Wal-Mart for 2 years and change and don't see myself leaving any time in the near future. I guess I either have really good patience and a high tolerance for bull**** or I just like punishment. I don't know.
I just actually had to train a new guy for the back room (where I work) on PS4 launch night and literally the first words I said to him were "Welcome to hell". My manager told me not to scare him.
Thursday night was one of the few times there was actually a positive to working there though, getting a PS4 and Madden for 20% off and getting to avoid all the other crazies waiting for theirs.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Re: Off Topic 2013
When I was in HS, one of the schools that we played had a 6'3, 230 lb. RB and to prepare, our defensive backs coach had us practice tackling the defensive linemen. So, who does 5'8, 140 lb. me end up having to take down? Our 6'2, 300 lb. All-State OL/DL who is now a backup C at Rutgers. Needless to say, that didn't go very well.MLB: Minnesota Twins
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
NBA: Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves
European Football: Manchester United, Brighton & Hove Albion
NCAA: UNI Panthers, Iowa Hawkeyes

Re: Off Topic 2013
Yeah Boxing Day is and has been pretty much dead the past few years here. I know the last 2 years or so it seems like we're trying to adopt Black Friday more and more.
On one hand I do miss the excitement of Boxing Day but on the other hand I sure as hell don't miss the hordes of people and traffic, the lineups, and just the overall madness.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.
