Re: Off Topic 2013
I can technically afford to get one now, but I used to have problems with recklessly spending money and I'm trying to curb that issue. Paying $220 a month for my car and $25 a month for my credit card...couple that with this time of year being slow at work/getting hours cut and I'd rather save what I have.
I'll consider it if/when my insurance deductible and lost wage compensation from my car accident come in, though.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2013
Some fuses might be fried. That's what was wrong with my LG about a year and a half ago. If you have a friend with a soldering kit, about 20 bucks will have your TV working like brand new. Fuses are only like 4 dollars. My friend ordered the ones I needed, brought over his soldering kit, fixed it in about 30 minutes, and voila!Boston Red Sox

Ever bite your lip real bad and then a minute later bite the same exact spot? Hate that! I bit my lip so bad one time when I was eating that I actually had the spot I bit inside my mouth bubble up and fill with blood. Had to get it drained. Nasty.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2013
Damn, you got a wreck and purchased another vehicle and still haven't got that check from the insurance company ?
I wrecked my SS and got cut a check two days later.
Then bought the car back from them with a salvaged title. I love that damn car and I don't want to see it get crushed.
Now I have a 2006 SS Cobalt sitting in the shop with a smashed front end. I've been talking to me dad; He's thinking about fixing it himself or we could sell it for parts and make the money. I've seen salvaged SS Cobalts with worse front end damage go for $5k on ebay. It's a tough vehicle to find parts for without ordering from GM/Chevy. They wanted $75 just for the cap that goes on top of the shifter..Comment
