Might wanna spoiler that picture, Shiz.


Played Ninja Gaiden last night. I was a bit rusty, but somehow the first boss was easier than I remember. Maybe I was just more intimated by the game as a teenager haha. The game is still awesome, though. The combat is like a pre-cursor to the Batman games and Sleeping Dogs, but not as fluid.

I also love how the menus last gen were not conducive to the flow of the gameplay.


Shiz, did you pick up Jade Empire yet?

Yea I did. Think I'm gonna go pick up Ninja Gaiden too. Haven't touched it yet.

Let us know when you do. Played through to the second stage of Jade Empire. Reading up on it I had no idea there were romance options.

I'm on an 8 day stretch that doesn't end until next Thursday. Ugh. By Tuesday I'll be draggin my ***. However I do get a three day weekend at the end of said stretch. So it kinda works out.

I hate the people who clean at work. They always throw **** away on my desk that I need. I had an empty water bottle on my desk to refill at work.

They threw the damn thing away. There's a garbage can less than a foot away. If I wanted it disposed of, I would have put it in the garbage.

That's exactly why I lock my desk every day when I leave. I don't want people digging around my ****. I usually keep off the wall stuff in the top drawer (phone charger, random snacks and quick meals, etc.)

I guess I can see where the bottle might have looked like trash, but I really don't need people to pick up after me. I wouldn't just leave it sitting around when I'm within arms reach of the trash can.

I decided to download DC Universe Online after watching a friend play it last night. It's my first MMO ever. And the download is taking FOR-****ING-EVER. 9 minutes in, and it's at 2%.

I decided to download DC Universe Online after watching a friend play it last night. It's my first MMO ever. And the download is taking FOR-****ING-EVER. 9 minutes in, and it's at 2%.

TripleCrown: It gets worse from there. Once that monster download is finally done, there's another in game update that's equally as long. I downloaded it over a year ago and didn't make it through the second update. I hate it because the update can't be downloaded in the background so it hijacks your PS3 until it's done.

Honestly, it may be the easiest job I've ever had for better pay.

I've just been in a bad mood since I woke up late for work this morning, we were out of coffee, my dog **** on my bathroom rug, then I had to stop at three gas stations to finally get gas because Regions Bank is stupid and declined it at the Chevron and Texaco by my house. I called and they said there was "fradulent" activity on it.. I haven't used the card in three days.

If you were to judge most of my posts on this forum, I would probably come across as a really angry individual, but I'm not at all.

I started prepping a tax return for a client with minimal information and go in to talk to the boss and see if there is any more information or if I should hold back on doing it. He ends up talking about the client a little bit who happened to have his own medical practice in the day. Apparently the client sexual assaulted some patients/workers, would go on rages, and would smoke pot in the office.

To which that transitioned into this:

Boss: You know, I've never smoked pot.
Chase: *Stone-faced awkward silence (could feel my face getting flushed)*
Boss: Chase isn't going to say that.
Chase: No comment.

Then he told me about how he did hash in the 8th grade. Is today over yet? haha
